I've been crocheting since grandmother taught
me at age 8.  I enjoy working with all fibers but do
have a special fondness for thread and light
weight yarns.  I can't deny the instant gratification
of working up a quick project with bulky yarns either!

I am always working on expanding my expertise and knowledge of newer crochet stitches and techniques.
I am also a knitter and enjoy a fun knitting project at various intervals in between my many crochet projects. 

I hope to be adding more content in the future. Life has had many new twists and turns and like everyone out there, we make necessary adjustments and realign to life's never ending change. Crochet and Knitting are 2 of the things that help my busy brain have something to do.

Grandma........ 1971

I rarely remember a time when grandma didn't have a crochet hook in hand.  Seems she was always working on some wonderful project.  My special treasure is a table cloth she made for me many many years ago.  And the afghan she gave me when I was in high school is still around and in use.
